The Early Years Matter (EYM) is a public awareness and education campaign initiated by Long Island Fund for Women & Girls (LIFWG) and the Long Island Women’s Agenda (LIWA) to provide parents and caregivers of children ages birth to five years with practical knowledge about the needs of young children, why these needs matter and how parents can go about meeting them.
